Sales 2.0 Assessment
This engagement evaluates the sales organization's use of social technologies within the business development process such as social media tools, social networking websites and other Web 2.0 tools and technologies. Sales Integrity will conduct an audit of both the company's use of such tools as an organization as well as all individuals with business development responsibilities to determine a benchmark of current Sales 2.0 effectiveness. Sales Integrity will then make recommendations for the use of specific social technologies both for the company as an organization and the individuals within the sales organization.
